Damaged or Defective Products If for any reason your purchase was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately so we can get the situation solved quickly for you.
To Return a Product NOT Damaged or Defective If for some reason you decide to return a product that is not damaged or defective, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can give you instructions on how to return it.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our wholesalers to our customers. Each wholesaler has their own guidelines for returns. Some have generous timelines whereas others we need to notify almost immediately. For this reason, it is important that you notify us immediately if you need to return your purchase.
To arrange a return, please send an email to: returns@PedalCarsAndRetro.com or phone us at 1-877-703-2613 within 3 days of receiving your order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
When merchandise is returned, we will pay for the initial cost of shipping it to you as well as the re-stocking fee charged by the wholesaler to return it. You will be responsible to pay the shipping back to our wholesaler or to us whichever is applicable for the product you are returning.
However, if you would like to exchange your product for another one with a value of at least 70% of the oringinal product, we will arrange with you to cover the cost of the return shipping.
The only things we require are...
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when shipped to you.
- Items that require assembly must not have been assembled.
- Your item must be packed in all the original packing materials with instructions and manuals enclosed. If it is not packed properly and is damaged as a result, the wholesaler will not issue a credit so please be extremely careful when packing a return.
Get a Tracking Number and send it to us! If you do have to return something, please be sure to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery and supplies you with a tracking number. You should forward the tracking number to us so that we can follow up with the wholesaler to make sure your product has arrived and they have issued the credit. This speeds up the process and is an added precaution and safety measure for you.
